How it works
One project per client, in date order
Make a project for each client and keep all the client projects in a Clients category. Give each note a date, and the project shows its notes in date order, like a timeline. Scroll back to read each meeting in order.
Tied to your calendar
Start a note from a meeting in your calendar. It takes the meeting’s title, date and attendees, and lands in the client project you have open. Notes for upcoming meetings go On the Agenda automatically, so your preparation is in view before the call.
Follow-ups
Put a note On the Agenda and it stays in view until you take it off, usually when you mark it done.
Linked to people
Tag the people in a note, then tap a name to search for their other notes. With Premium, link those people to your contacts and email, message or call them from the note.
Private notes
Hide private notes and projects behind Face ID, Touch ID or a password (Premium). Ask Agenda, built on Apple Intelligence, answers questions about your notes on your own device, so your client notes are not sent to anyone’s cloud.
Who uses Agenda for client work
Consultants
Write the agenda for a client meeting before the call, keep the note open while you talk, and add the action points at the end.
Freelancers and agencies
Use a Clients category with a project per client or per contract. The dated notes show what you delivered, and when.
Coaches and counselors
Start each session note from your session template (Premium), and read the last session before the next one starts.
Lawyers and advisors
Keep a project for each matter. Dated notes of each call and meeting show who said what, and on which day.
Sales and account managers
Before a call, open the account’s project and read the past calls and anything you still owe them.
Team managers
Each one-on-one gets its own note in that person’s project. Before the next one, read the last.
